Pastoral coaching offers pastors relationship-driven opportunities to advance their skills and encouragement that empowers the pastor for effective ministry results.

Uncommon Ministries Coaching offers pastors three components that together help pastors develop skills to lead their congregation in transformational change for more effectiveness.
Uncommon Ministries Coaching consist of three core components:
COACHING
Each pastor will have his or her own personal coach and shepherd couple for support and for gaining better perspective in ministry.
CONTENT
Practical resources are provided for free for pastors to use in developing their leadership team and creating a new life cycle for their church
COLLABORATION
Pastors will gain support, encouragement, prayer, and life-long friendships through our pastor’s cluster groups
WHAT UNCOMMON MINISTRIES COACHING PROVIDES
Pastors will have access to their personal coach for encouragement, ministry development, and prayer.
Pastors will be supported in ministry through our shepherd couples who pray and encourage the pastor and his/her spouse.
Pastors will receive resources for personal, staff, leadership, and volunteer development.
Pastors have access to a library of practical proven tools for ministry to help them develop a mission statement, alignment, systems, discipleship tools, and small group or personal devotions.
Pastoral cluster will have a zoom meeting.
Retreat opportunities
